We finally have internet so I guess we will give this blogging thing another try! We are no longer residents of The QC, we signed all the papers last Thursday so we are officially out. We are moving back to the apartment behind my parents in Gilbert. Before we moved in we decided to maybe just paint the walls and fix up a few things and before we knew it we had an all out project. We started painting the walls and all the sudden carpet, tile and cabinents were all being ripped out too! Just about everything in there got painted or replaced. Thanks to my parents we are going to have a really nice place, I think they took pity on us since we are going backwards in life and all! I love projects like this and lucky for me I have a Mom who although hates to paint, likes to help me with my projects! We are just waiting on carpet to be installed and then we can move in. So in the meantime all of our stuff (which who knew we had so much of!) is piled in the front room and kitchen and pantry and bathroom. Oh and taking up half of the garage too. We'll see if we can make it all fit. I will post some before and after pics once we get everything finished. These house pictures are for you MaryAnn!
Moving Day
As much of a mess this is, I actually still wish it looked this good. Now it looks like the boxes have exploded as we have had to start ripping into them to get stuff we need.
Coco is loving life as a farm dog. Every time she goes out she has to check on her kitty, the chickens and cows. Plus she has Bandit to play with all the time, they are good friends. She should be having her puppies in about a week so if anyone is interested let me know. They go fast!

Welcome back to the blogging world! We all expect regular postings now. I'm glad you took some pictures of your cute house before you moved out. Don't worry...the apartment will be just as cute once you unpack.
Your house was so cute! But I'm glad that you're out of the QC. I, too, know that you will make the apartment just as cute. You're so good at all of that. You know, I have these two guest bedrooms at my house that could really use your touch. Maybe you've even slept in them?.....

I'm glad you are back in the cyber world and your folks apt. I have great confidence in your ability to make your place adorable. I love how you decorate. I want a pup that is small but to be honest, I couldn't take one more dog. . .unless we could do a two for one trade. . .Hmmm would dad go for that? Not in a million years!!
Your house was awesome. I'm sad I never got to see it inhabited with your style. I can't wait to see the apartment all done up.

You're so good at that decorating stuff! I have no talent in that area whatsoever! But it really looked awesome. Hope the move goes smoothly. We are getting ready to move out to North Carolina from Tennessee. Here we go again!

I JUST found out that little cocoa is pregnant, or WAS. Hope all goes well with that.

Yeah! I'm so happy your back.. and so happy you posted pics of your house. You're crazy... you said you weren't good at decorating, but your house looks amazing! I love the stipes. I want to do that, but I'm afraid it would take forever! Instead of moving to Gilbert, you should have just moved on over to Thatcher! I miss you!!
